AMANDA

Certified Master Teacher with Body Control Pilates™ and REPs Level 4 Specialist Exercise Instructor – Lower Back Pain and a Back Care Professional. Amanda is committed to providing clients with a safe, effective and enjoyable Pilates experience no matter what background or level they are. She truly believes the role Pilates plays in improving both physical and mental health.

Amanda is a dedicated Body Control educator and mentor and has trained numerous student teachers, passing on her knowledge and expertise to the next generation of Pilates instructors. Amanda teaches on Saturdays.

JADE

Jade works in the corporate world as an Executive Partner and began attending classes when we opened the studio in 2023. She's been practising for a number of years before taking the leap last year to gain a teaching qualification at Transformation Pilates and now teaches classes in addition to her busy schedule.


Jade loves the idea of transforming her clients through Reformer believing the alignment and mobilisation you get helps greatly with sports and athletic training. Catch Jade on Sunday mornings.

ERIN

Performing with the National Circus in London Erin is adept in aerial silks which led to her initial interest in pilates. She is a Level 3 Mat and Reformer qualified teacher and is passionate about Pilates. 


With a fitness based approach Erin aims to improve her clients strength, tone and flexibility, all while reducing stress and improving their overall wellbeing. She also loves a pilates prop, catch Erin Friday morning and Monday evenings #magiccirclemonday 

LISA

With over 20 years' experience as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor, Lisa is qualified with the Pilates Institute, Body Control and STOTT Pilates Method. Having lived with back and neck problems since childhood, she is passionate about helping others manage pain and medical conditions, specialising in body alignment and targeted exercise for back pain, sciatica, arthritis, and sports injuries.


Lisa is also qualified in pre- and postnatal exercise and pilates. As a mother herself she is dedicated to educating women on safe exercise during pregnancy, supporting those with common pregnancy conditions, and empowering new mothers to rehab and return to exercise with confidence.

ANITA

With over a decade of experience teaching Mat Pilates, including five years delivering up to 15 classes a week at Champneys, Anita brings a wealth of knowledge and a warm, patient approach to every session. Her background in physiotherapy assistance gives her a keen eye for posture, movement, and safe progression, and she has a particular passion for rehabilitation-focused Pilates, helping clients recover mobility, build strength, and move with greater confidence. 


Currently completing her STOTT Reformer certification, Anita combines technical expertise with a genuinely supportive coaching style that puts clients of all ages and abilities at ease. Sports and an active lifestyle have always been an important part of Anita's life, and she truly enjoys supporting others in their wellness journey. 

SOPHIE

Sophie qualified in Mat Pilates with STOTT and Reformer with HFE, drawn to teaching after experiencing first-hand how Pilates builds strength, balance, and a much-needed sense of space in a busy life. Her classes focus on helping you tune out the noise, focus on yourself, and make real progress at your own pace.
