Where are you from originally? Leicestershire

You must have a favourite reformer exercise then? Yes Short Spine or Long Stretch
21 years, do you have a career highlight you'd like to share? Yes, when I was made a Tutor for Body Control Pilates and then a Master Mat Teacher. Opening up my own studio was a rewarding experience and a highlight too
That's amazing. More importantly (lol) what’s your favourite restaurant in St Albans? Fade to Black in Sandridge. I lived in Harpenden for many years and like Bar Azita there
